It’s a very, very fast-paced world out there. For the first time there are 5 generations in the workplace, so being a leader today needs rather different skills to 20, 10 or even 5 years ago.

8 sessions either fortnightly or monthly. For individuals, these work best as 2 hour sessions. For a team, generally 3-4 hours. 






For an individual, the most convenient way is usually online. For a team, either online or face-to-face, in a location away from the office.
