About ME
I grew up in the small business world, helping out in my father’s business from an early age. It taught me the value and importance of small businesses, and just how much courage and perseverance it takes to make them succeed.
Since then I've trained in accountancy and business coaching, worked in the corporate world (Aerospace industry) and in accountancy practice, as well as setting up several businesses along the way, and ultimately my own accounting practice focusing on the needs of the smaller business.
But I’ve never been the kind of accountant who only crunches numbers! Working with a wide range of businesses, I soon realised their needs went beyond the balance sheet (vital as that was!)
This led me directly back to my other passion, coaching and consulting. I became a qualified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a dynamic applied psychology that rapidly brings about the changes we want, then a certified NLP Coach. I went on to gain additional training and certification from Tricres, the global coaching consultancy, qualifying as a Kick-Ass Business Consultant and Coach, and set up my Coaching, Consulting and Mentoring practice.
I'm passionate about small business and the courageous and inspired leaders who run them. My vision is for every current and aspiring entrepreneur to have their dream business. Today I'm thrilled to be in a position where, by combining my many years of professional experience with my coaching and consulting mindset, I can help 21st century leaders to achieve outstanding results for their businesses and themselves.
